Baltimore-based ceramicist, Christina Haines began her career as a printmaker and painter. After graduating from the sculpture department at MICA, Haines tried her hand at something she felt suited her temperament more – making functional, everyday objects through the medium of ceramics. She now specializes in home goods and smoking implements and hand throws all of her pieces, as well as teaches classes and workshops in her Baltimore studio.
