Exceptionally beautiful and weighty 14k gold rope and bar chain with an antique boar's tooth, circa 1840, embellished with 10k gold and a single sapphire, ruby, and deep green emerald. The teeth of wild boar's were worn as amulets of protection against bad luck, witchcraft, and evil spells.
