The Kindred Black Slow Beauty line was founded on the idea that to take a step forward, sometimes you first need to take a step back. Quick and convenient has become the mantra of the day and many of us have become accustomed to luxuries that the planet is unable to sustain. When imagining and designing the Slow Beauty line we created skincare that is luxurious, free of plastic, and as powerful as it is clean. We made the line for a world that is new but feels old – a place where the ritual and routine of our self care is thoughtful, deliberate, and mindful of the impact of what we use on our bodies. In this new world the magic ethos is slow down, reconnect with the beauty of the natural world, and find the routine that is right for your skin and the planet.
