Resurrection is finished with a warm, sensual oud handmade in Vietnam by a female artisan who has become renowned for her small batch, single-tree artisan distilled oud. She uses a custom-made copper still that she and her husband built and by traditional methods and ultra low temperatures slowly creates her distillations with wild agarwood from Nha Trang. This variety is her classic oud – through years of experimentation she’s created upwards of fifteen varieties that are all quite different. The classic is complex with a lot of depth but has the raisin, vanilla, cinnamon, sticky fig meets orange, tangerine, molasses, tobacco richness for which she has become known.
