How To Use
At night before bed, gently massage a small amount into your pulse points, across your chest, and into your temples. Take 30–60 seconds to breathe deeply—inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth—to clear the mind and prepare for restful sleep.

The tips are only harvested in the winter, when the needles have the most potent oils built up from the previous season's growth.
