This product gets soft and will begin to melt at approximately 75-80 degrees F. In the summer, deliveries can arrive slightly soft/melted. Simply put it in a cool place or in the refrigerator until the créme is thick again. Our whipped crèmes should always be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
