Description
Lush and lactonic, the soft scent of this exotic perfumed body oil is delicate spring honeysuckle and tropical frangipani flowers in a base of ambrosial blue tansy plant oil. Our flower oils are handmade by artisan growers that extract the precious essences using an ancient method of perfumery known as enfleurage. Heat can be applied to flowers to quickly distill their oils but in that process, delicate blossoms are destroyed and the scent is altered. Enfleurage is labor-intensive and requires constant vigilance over a much longer period of time but the result is a flower extraction that is as close to the living profile of the plant that you can get in perfumery. Only a very few of these precious hand blown glass bottles remain to us this year so this newly released batch is especially small.
