Galamaar
Galamaar was founded in 2017 by designer Blakely Wickstrom. As a California transplant in Brooklyn, the brand is a balanced blend of east and west coast style and was established to help combat polluting and often unethical "fast fashion". The Galamaar commitment to sustainability is simple – do better, challenge convention, and by being transparent, inspire along the way.
Proudly made in Los Angeles, every detail, no matter how small, is considered – from made in LA pad inserts, recycled hang tags, and regenerated mixed metal hardware, to eco-packaging materials. Best of all, Galamaar are waste-to-wear suits created using a sustainable techno-fabric made of nylon from discarded fishing nets.
