Description
A deep, smoky, and resinous perfume oil inspired by the ancient unguents and fragrant consecrated anointing oils that were used to support the soul during the process of transformation and rebirth. Deep and incense like, Resurrection also has an unexpected undercurrent of exuberant florals that are lush without being sweet. Notes of purifying palo santo, hinoki wood, and black pepper are mellowed by delicate tuberose, fresh lavender, and a lovely, soft ginger lily created by hand using the ancient scent extraction method of enfleurage. Finished with a single-tree artisan distilled oud, a complex scent with depth, whose notes of raisin, vanilla, cinnamon, and sticky fig meld neatly with its profile of orange, tangerine, molasses, and tobacco.
