Description

Sacred Water is an ancient aquatic floral with deep, loamy origins and rich, warm notes of honey, vanilla, and pitchy, wet licorice. A simple, primordial scent, imprinted with the resinous tea of blue cypress and the sweet green earth of the white lotus flower, one of the oldest symbols of our connection to the divine. Born in the muddy deep, its blossoming into life and beauty on the surface of the water represents spiritual transformation and a rebirth into a state of mental purity.

The Five Elements

The English word "element" derives from a Greek term stoikheion meaning "step" or "component part," translated into Latin as "elementum." Ancient scholars and philosophers perceived four elements, later adding a fifth, as the irreducible components of the universe and all it contained. These were water, earth, fire, air, and ether (i.e. "space" or "void.") Since almost the dawn of time, various civilizations and different cultures have perceived the natural world in similar terms to these building blocks.
