Description
Antique sterling silver "Salem Witch spoon" by Daniel Low, a jeweler from Salem, MA who began manufacturing the spoon in 1890 after his son took a trip to Germany and noticed tourists purchasing "odd and unusual" souvenir spoons to commemorate their trips. This spoon design is credited with launching the souvenir spoon movement in the United States.
